-
In person: Pick up a form at most public libraries, post offices, DMV offices, social service agencies, and at your county elections office. You can fill out the form at home and then mail it in.
-
By phone: Call any of the following toll-free numbers and ask to have one mailed to you. Be sure to do this at least one week before the registration deadline. A form will be sent to you, and you fill it out and mail it in.

When you fill out the form, be sure to include your driver’s license or other identification. And don’t forget to sign it!
You can have a friend or family member help you fill out the form. They will need to fill out the bottom section showing that they helped.
When you fill out the form, you will be asked if you want to choose a political party.
After you register, you may receive written confirmation.
