About The Easy Voter Guide Project
The nonpartisan Easy Voter Guide Project is a service of the League of Women Voters of California Education Fund in collaboration with the California State Library and the California Secretary of State's Office. The James Irvine Foundation provides additional support to the Easy Voter Guide Project.
The Easy Voter Guide Project is dedicated to the ideal that all people should have access to nonpartisan information about the why, how and what of voting and other forms of civic involvement. It publishes the Easy Voter Guide in five languages as a quick guide to state elections, including elected offices, propositions, political parties and voting issues, and it maintains this website to host all Easy Voter Guide Project information and education tools about elections and voting, as well as the Easy Voter Guide for downloading in seven languages. Visit our multi-lingual voters section for details.
The Project relies on the expertise and support of its collaborative partners, including members of the Easy Voter Guide Steering and Advisory Committees. Steering Committee members include: League of Women Voters of California Education Fund President Janis R. Hirohama and Voter Service Director Thea Brodkin, California Deputy Secretary of State Chris Reynolds and California State Librarian Susan Hildreth.
